I have this day bought of Eckhardt Bros, one set of Millstone Point Granite Monument, the final 1.4 x 1.0 x 1.0 Di 4.4 x 1.6 x 1.6 Base 2.0 x 2.0 x 1.4 Base 2.11 x 2.11 x 1.6
Design 114 J.F.T. or near said proportion, with suitable foot-stone, with the following transcription: Jackson Tinney died June 24, 1891 aged 59 y 9 d No. 53 Gone but not forgotten

TINNEY raised on base

Which I agree to receive when delivered to Metzger G. Y.
In the month of July 1892 unless unforeseen causes prevent and then within a reasonable time thereafter, for which I agree to pay Eckhardt Bros, or order, the sum of three dollars on delivery

I do hereby agree that if the above said work is not wholly paid for in one year from the erection of said stone, said Eckhardt Bros have the right to remove said stone for such amount as may yet be due them on said stone.
